Shipping & Delivery

We ship to all countries worldwide. Please note that we are currently not able to ship to Russia due to carrier reasons.

Once you place an order, you’ll get an e-mail confirmation and we’ll get started on the production and delivery. Vinyl records and art prints are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days.

Below is an estimate of the shipping time:

The Netherlands: 1-2 days
Belgium & Germany: 2-3 days
Rest of Europe: 3-5 days
Outside Europe: 7-14 days

Have you already placed your order? Please get in touch with our customer service team as soon as possible. We will then check if it’s still possible to change the delivery address. In order to guarantee fast processing, orders are sent to our warehouse immediately so they can be packed and shipped as soon as possible. When your order is paid and processed it, unfortunately, is no longer possible to make adjustments.

We’re sorry to hear that your package hasn’t been delivered yet, but don’t worry. Always check the tracking link you received via e-mail. It might be possible that the estimated delivery time has changed, or that you accidentally filled in the wrong address.

Is the delivery address correct and the estimated delivery time unchanged? Then please check your mail to see if you received a note from the shipping company. The package may have been delivered to your neighbors’ or your delivery window may have been rescheduled.

In case there is an issue with the delivery of your order or your parcel has not been delivered, please get in touch with us.

Returns and exchanges

Use this section for any descriptive text you need to fill out your pages or to add introductory headings between other blocks.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@fourframed.com and we will provide you with the return shipping address. The costs for collection, handling, processing and returns are on behalf of the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like giclee prints, which are custom printed on demand and personalised. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We accept multiple payment options, choose the one that works best for you: PayPal, Credit Card, iDeal, SOFORT, Bancontact and Giropay.
